Common FAQs
A tracking number or tracking code is a unique number assigned to each package, which allows you to monitor the movement of your package between countries or even within a country. The appearance of the tracking code can vary greatly: 1697000622, 1Z8W003X0000115797, 34710000202, 778000004990, EEE00EE020, etc.
You can find the tracking number for your package in two places: in the order confirmation email Fuuffy sends you, or after logging into your Fuuffy account to find it in "My Shipments" page.
The package does not show tracking status immediately after getting the tracking number, please don't worry, the courier company needs time to arrange the delivery of the package. If there is no update within 4 days, Fuuffy customer service will proactively follow up and solve the order problem.
